I was a happy earthlink DSL customer for years. (Service was pricey but excellent) Then connection started to fail constanly. Tried for months to get problem resolved. \"Customer Service\" reps are either incapable or unwilling to actually provide assistance. (\"Help\" includes, but is not limited to: reading exclusivly from scripted material, hanging up in middle of call, not returing call, losing privious trouble shooting file info...)Finally, I couldn\'t bear further torture by \"Customer support\" reps from Hell, so I cancelled my service. (Yea!!) Sadly, this used to be a great ISP. Now, I hate Earthlink!
